PA-500FS/FD electronics welding & drilling fume extraction

PA-500FS/PA-500FD fume extractor can be used on electronic product parts soldering & drilling to filtrate the fume & toxic gas. 1. Strict welding and painting technology achieve to high tightness and corrosion resistance cabinet. 2 Specific sound-absorbing materials reduce operating noise to improve operation efficiency. 3. European imported low-power blower, new high pressure technology, small size, brushless design & electronic speed adjustment. It can effectively absorb particle and extend filter life of less power. 4. PWM speed control, according to the amount of dust to achieve precise adjustment. Control system is also equipped with sound and light alarm, prompt to clean or replace the filter. 5. PA-500FS/PA-500FD filtration system consist of four parts, they are metal filter, F5 class pre-filter, HEPA main filter and gas filter.(a). Well-proportioned holes to ensure that large dust particles are trapped on the metal filter, to prevent them block the pre-filter.(b). F5 class pre-filter comprised by cotton and metal mesh, full-thickness adhesive, can be adsorbed middling particles in the air to avoid main filter is blocked.(c). Main filter consists of efficient HEPA element, in independent tests, these filters remove 99.997% of all particles above 0.3 microns and 95% down to 0.01 micron.(d). Gas filter layer formed by the chemical materials can effectively remove harmful gases and pungent odor in the air. 6. Fiter Data
